Christine d’Ornano invited her longtime friend, French-American artist Sydney Albertini, to once again decorate the bottle of the emblematic Eau du Soir fragrance. Her artwork is exhibited in a number of prestigious international galleries.
Sydney Albertini draws inspiration from her series of twenty charcoal drawings on brown paper of abstract figures and faces, the theme of which is “reveal more by hiding”. The feminine patterns follow their own movement, concealing and revealing the body in all its complexity. The power of the lines and color oscillates between abstraction and figuration, giving her work a striking energy and emotion.
