All orders placed after 10am on 10th June 2026 will be couriered from 17th June 2026 onwards.

Shipping Costs and Calculations
Charges are calculated based on the total items in your shopping basket. These charges are for delivery anywhere in New Zealand. There are no further charges for rural delivery.

Shipping Times
Most orders received by us will be shipped within 1-2 days. A few orders require extra processing time for various reasons. Those will be shipped as soon as possible.
A delay may also occur if your credit card was declined or for address verification if your billing address was entered incorrectly.
Rural and some residential areas may require an additional day(s) delivery time.
If you do not receive your order within one week from the day it was placed, please email us and we will follow up with the couriers. If we do not hear from you within 7 days, this will be outside the terms of trade with the couriers and we will not be liable for items lost or misplaced in transit.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to Australia & USA. You can expect to receive your order via tracked courier within 5-10 days to major cities, 10-12 days for other destinations and 12-14 days for more remote areas. If you have not received your order after 14 business days, please contact us.
Please note, most orders arrive duty free, however you may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. We are not responsible and have no control over these fees.
Rural Deliveries
Due to the nature of deliveries to rural addresses, a signature cannot be collected at the point of delivery. Once your parcel has been signed for by ‘rural’, please allow an additional 1 – 3 business days for delivery.
Rural delivery parcels do not have a signature required shipping option because by default it is impractical in most rural locations to gain a signature from the receiver of the parcel. We recommend sending all orders to an Urban delivery address to ensure a quick & safe delivery. If you provide a Rural Delivery address, we will not be able to lodge an insurance claim or provide any remedy if the parcel is misplaced or stolen after delivery.
