Fragrance Notes: For the third chapter in its Odyssey collection, Amouage presents an olfactory journey through its native Oman, evoking the escapism that comes from exploring its treasures in both physical and spiritual terms. Lineage opens with a vibrant burst of green and spicy notes, featuring ginger, Sichuan pepper, schinus molle, and saffron. The heart is pure sensuality with smoky notes of frankincense essence, fenugreek, and myrrh essence. As the scent settles on the skin, it takes on a deeper smokiness, blending frankincense resinoid and myrrh resinoid with earthy vetiver, labdanum, and patchouli, fading to a creamy benzoin finale.
