It’s complex and unique, offering both excellent staying power and strong projection. Amouage Guidance opens with an unexpected blend of pear, frankincense and hazelnut, gourmand and sweet without ever becoming sickly. Heart notes call to mind a lush, flowering garden, with apricot-tinged osmanthus, rose, jasmin sambac and a touch of leather from earthy saffron. Sandalwood and vanilla add creaminess, while cistus and akigalawood balance out the floral and fruity elements.
